Electronically: Download our online excel spreadsheets. Input your information and email the tally back to us. Email to tjspizza@aol.com
Phone: call in your tally at 314-869-9404 or 800-382-5287
Hard Copy: you can mail, ship, fax or deliver. 314-869-1986 fax

The excel files listed below are available for download. Pick the proper sales form and choose the spreadsheet that will best accommodate your number of sellers.
