Fundraising Program Questions
Q: How soon can I start my fundraiser?
A: As soon as you are ready to start a fundraiser, we will send your fundraising packages to you so you may start right away! Please Note: you may also print brochures off this site.
Q: Do you provide the fundraiser forms?
A: Yes, we provide pre-printed sales brochures. We also provide cover letters, posters, reminders and other hints to help you promote and manage your fundraiser. Examples and templates may be printed off this site.
Q: What is the turnaround time from the end of the sale to the delivery?
A: Allow 2 weeks from the time you turn in your orders to the delivery date. This will allow sufficient time for production of your products and preparation of your order.
Q: Are there minimums?
A: Yes a group must sell 50 items to receive fundraising prices.
Q: Are there minimums for delivery?
A: Yes, in order to set a specific delivery time and date your group must sell in excess of $700.00 dollars wholesale. Orders from $300.00 to $700.00 will be delivered on route the day our trucks are in your area (please call for a scheduled delivery in your area).
Q: Please explain the delivery process?
A: Our delivery process is an important step in making your fundraiser a success. Your orders will arrive at the predetermined delivery location at the specified date and time. Orders will be delivered sorted and labeled for each individual seller. You may request orders be arranged alphabetically, by grade level or classroom or as requested by the fundraising coordinator. At the pick-up time everything will be ready for each of your participants to identify, check and distribute their orders.
Q: What is the shelf life of the cookie dough tubs?
A: The cookie dough tubs keep 6 months in the freezer or 6 weeks in the refrigerator.
Q: What is the shelf life of TJ's Pizza's?
A: We suggest for best quality use within 6 months.
Q: How long can the product remain un-refrigerated during the delivery?
A: The pizzas and desserts are delivered frozen and should be distributed as quickly as possible. The cookie dough will also arrive frozen and may remain un-refrigerated for up to 4-6 hours during distribution.
Q: Can the cookie dough be eaten raw?
A: Our cookie dough products are made with pasteurized eggs; i.e. eggs that have been heated to a temperature sufficient to kill any bacteria and may also contain an acidifying agent that kills the bacteria. Even after taking these precautions we still cannot advocate the consumption of raw dough.
Q: Do you have to bake the whole tub at once?
A: No, you may scoop out only the desired amount and place the remaining dough back into the freezer or refrigerator.
Q: Can the cookie dough be refrozen after it has been thawed?
A: Yes. However, after being thawed and refrozen several times it will lose quality.
Q: Do your products contain nuts or nut products?
A: Peanut Butter with Chocolate Chunks, Chocolate Chunk with Pecans, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut doughs all contain either peanuts, nuts or other nut products. NOTE: All of our cookie doughs are produced in a manufacturing facility that is in contact with or using peanut/nut products.
Q: Can the cookie dough be left out of refrigeration if it has never been opened?
A: The cookie dough is perishable and must be kept frozen or refrigerated. The cookie dough may be left out for up to 4-6 hours during distribution, but should be placed back into refrigeration after that point.
